This fast-paced, collaborative workshop flips the traditional design brief on its head; participants won’t design for a brand or product, but for culture itself. Using a condensed version of Charizma Agency’s Culture-Driven Design process attendees will form small “agency” teams, choose a cultural theme, and rapidly develop brand ideas rooted in real community insight. The session encourages intentional, inclusive design thinking that moves beyond aesthetics and into impact, inviting creatives to stretch their skills in collaboration, storytelling, and cultural intelligence.
